Derek Huang has been in charge of investment and asset management activities in Taiwan for international institutional investors, responsible for originating, underwriting, as well as asset strategies. He has accomplished investment deals with total amount of over US$ 500 million including office buildings, shopping mall and hospital. Before that, he started his professional career as consultant, providing various services to his clients including investment brokerage, market research and consultation as well as valuation. He has accomplished several notable investment transactions with total amount exceeding US$ 300 million.
Education
Mr. Huang earned a Master degree in Real Estate from the University of New South Wales, Australia where he has also obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Building and Construction Management.
